Weekend Briefing: Kindle Vella Release!

Welcome back, agents. Boy, do I have some news for you: I'm on Kindle Vella now! And not just as a reader (gotta read my Anastasis Blythe in). Last year's NaNo project and my debut in high fantasy is now live on Kindle Vella with four chapters ready for y'all (and the first three are always free!).

Season one is already written and has been professionally edited, and I will be publishing one chapter a week, so if you need a weekly pick-me-up, I got you. That is, if you're into epic high fantasy, elves and mortals (and monsters), and closed-door romance. And by romance, I mean a love story that will shape the future of an empire together with fated love, enemies to lovers, and a marriage of convenience.

This is going to be a very exciting summer. I have another announcement coming soon about opportunities to join my street team. But one exciting thing at a time:

She's the disgraced noblewoman turned Bandit Queen.

He's the Sacred Prince of the Holy Empire.

And neither of them remember being betrothed.

Elspeth lost everything because she was born an elf. Now she'll steal an identity to secure the throne for herself.

Otello faces an empire thrown into turmoil. Now he seeks the maiden he barely remembers in the realm of the Bandit King.

A prophecy of his demise tore them apart. Now a vision of the empire's downfall will throw them back together.

She's loved him for years.
He sees her as just a friend.
But going on the run together might change everything.

Gabriel Cooper is just another cop on the NJPD — well, just another cop, except with almost psychic instincts. When those instincts lead him onto a bus to capture a hostile, he's exposed to a mysterious bomb. Still, it seems like just another adventure he walked away from. Except that suddenly, his instinct is becoming his primary sense to keep out of trouble — and there is a lot of trouble.

Braelin Cunningham has no family, but she does have her best friend Gabe. She'll do whatever it takes to protect him from the mysterious League of Incredible Supermen. As long as Braelin gets to be by the side of her best friend and secret crush, she'll do it. Even if it means going on the run when more than the League get interested with Gabe's newfound abilities.

On the run together, it seems like no matter where they turn, danger is there. When it comes to having superpowers, apparently, you can run — but you can't hide.

An action-paced rom-com perfect for fans of H. L. Burke and S. D. Rogue.
