My Review:

I have been following Allyson's blog since she began the series that this book is about (I'm pretty sure. Everything before 2020 is a bit of a blur . . .). What she wrote was true then, and it's true now. Discussing writing as a spiritual gift is an important thing for the church (along with figuring out how to honor God with all the gifts He gives us), and Allyson handles the conversation excellently. Every chapter quotes Scripture as she takes a look at what it means to write for God's glory, as well as the type of opposition Christian writers face. As a Christian writer, it was great to feel understood and get encouragement. Also, her formatting is absolutely superb and really made the reading experience that much more enjoyable. This is a must-have for every writer, so go get it!
