Five: My Double Life by Janette Rallison

Her whole life, Alexia Garcia has been told that she looks just like rock star Kari Kingsley. But being a famous person's doppelganger hasn't turned out to be the teen fantasy you'd expect. People look at Alexia like she must be as ditzy as her counterpart. One day when Alexia's photo filters through the Internet, she's offered a job as Kari's double. This would seem like the opportunity of a lifetime--or at least a way to make some fast cash--but Alexia's mother has always warned her against celebrities. They can't be trusted. They'll use her.

Alexia can't resist the siren call of fame. Who could say no to Hollywood, hot guys, and . . . um, did we mention hot guys already? She flies off to L.A. and gets immersed in a celebrity life. Not only does she have to get used to getting anything she wants, she also romances the hottest lead singer on the charts and finds out that her own father is a singing legend. Through it all, Alexia must stay true to herself, which is hard to do when you are pretending to be somebody else!

Four: Enjoy the Poodle Skirt by Kate Willis

Rule one: Keep your hands clean.
Rule two: Careful with the food trays.
Rule three: Visit the soda fountain as often as you like, but don’t make yourself sick.
Rule four: Enjoy the poodle skirt.

Canary is excited to spend a whole week helping her newlywed aunt and uncle run a 50’s diner along with her older siblings Rose and Michael. Even the rules for working there are fun! But when a routine cleanup presents a mysterious, hand-drawn map, her vacation gets even more exciting than a banana split with hot fudge sauce. And that’s saying a lot!

Three: The Allegiance Series by Sarah Addison-Fox

When Kyraenean slave Celeste risks her life to reach the free nation of Etraea, she unknowingly sets off a chain of events that will change her life forever.

Corporal Mick Haynes didn't want to get shot and he certainly didn't want to fall for the wanted slave at his family's farm.

When a Kyraenean bounty hunter locates Celeste, Mick's loyalty will be stretched to the limit.

With war on the horizon, Celeste faces two impossible choices. Both securing her freedom, but both at a cost she could never have imagined.

Two: A Certain Sort of Madness by Nicki Chapelway

Alicia Hareton is crazy. But that's nothing new. Her insanity is inherited from her mother, just like her magical abilities and her blood ties to the strange and alluring world of Amar. She's spent her life on Earth, and yet Amar has always called to her - an intoxicating melody that she cannot ignore. Returning to Amar would put her life in danger, but Alicia has never let such technicalities stop her before.

However, when her mother is captured due to her reckless actions, Alicia will do anything to rescue her. That includes trusting her grumpy, sarcastic imaginary friend, who claims he doesn't know her and doesn't seem that imaginary anymore. Or that trustworthy. Together, with the help of her cousin and a band of misfits, they partake in an extremely ill-advised heist on the faerie court in order to find a way to defeat the most powerful mage in all Amar, who also happens to be Alicia's grandfather. But not everything in the faerie court is as it seems, and soon this unlikely group find themselves fighting for their lives as well as the lives of those they love.

In a world of madness and magic, the lines between lies and loyalty are blurred and sometimes the only option you have left is to let the insanity loose.

One: The Time I Saved a Damsel in Distress by Mission Head

When Charisa O’Dell goes to Washington D.C. on a field trip, she is reunited with her old crime fighting partner and is hired by a senator to rescue his kidnapped daughter. The kidnappers are professionals, and Charisa herself is a little out of practice (a lazy week can do that to you); however, Charisa knows what it’s like being kidnapped, so she’s willing to do whatever it takes to rescue the girl. But will that be enough to rescue the damsel in distress?

That's all for now, agents. I'll leave you to downloading so you can do your athletic practices while reading just like you've been trained.
