Review of A Longtime- and at one point illegal- Crush by Janette Rallison
This book was ridiculously hilarious. Elsie is definitely a character any woman who had a girlhood crush can sympathize with. And then there was Kyle, who's over here trying to be honorable in the worst possible ways. I didn't realize going in that it was only a short story, so that made me sad. But their was a promise at the end that hinted to the possibility of a longer version, and that made me happy again. Still, I'll take about anything this woman writes- she can make swoonworthy heroes and laughable mistakes and misunderstandings with a rare adeptness that makes her one of the greats in rom-com world.
