Review of The Harvest by K.B. Benson
This story was like other normal human meets paranormal being love stories, except with the twist that the boy was the normal one and the girl was paranormal. The author does a great job spinning the mythos, though some of the characters' decisions (with the exception of the normal human boy, who made normal human boy decisions) didn't quite make sense. The pacing was a bit slow in the middle, but when the climax came, boy did things heat up. It ended with a cliff hanger, so be ready to get pulled into a longer series.
