Review of Falling for My Best Friend by Victorine E. Lieske
Friends to lovers is one of my favorite tropes, because it seems like one of the most realistic ways to fall in love, and because I feel a strange kinship with the men in the friend-zone.
And, boy, did my heart go out to Parker. He was so funny and nerdy, and always there for our heroine- even being dragged kicking and screaming to shopping trips and parties. And somehow, even when he puts words to his feelings, she still doubts his affections for her.
Read this book if you like clean YA, sweet romance, friends to lovers, and all that good stuff. But most of all, read it for Parker. Parker deserves to be read.
